- Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs.
2. **Competitor Criteria: **
- We consider prices from reputable online retailers. In-store and marketplace prices may not be eligible.
3. **Verification Process: **
- To request a price match, please contact our customer service team with a link to the competitor’s product page displaying the lower price.
- We reserve the rights to verify the lower price and competitor’s availability.
4. **Exclusions: **
- Prices from auction sites or third-party sellers on marketplaces.
- Bundle offers, clearance, refurbished, open-box, or closeout sales.
- Prices due to typographical errors or promotions with limited quantities.
5. **Timeframe: **
- Price match requests must be submitted prior to your purchase.
6. **Adjustment Method: **
- Approved price matches will be applied as a refund to the original payment method.
7. **Policy Changes: **
- PROSHOP TST reserves the rights to modify or terminate the Price Match Policy at any time.
