Off the coast of the Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture. This horizontally mobile metal jig was developed based on the idea of ​​targeting yellowtail amberjacks that migrate through the vast 15-30m shallow seas that stretch from Katsuura to Ohara. We felt that a highly mobile jig that responds like a minnow near the bottom was necessary to lure them in a horizontal or diagonal trajectory when cast and jerked.

The input and gravity balance has been specially designed for lateral movement, realizing high tracking ability for high-speed action that was not possible with conventional vertical jigs. The excellent start-up that responds to light rod work that requires a turn of the wrist, and the turning ability that follows continuous movements allow high-speed combinations that incorporate changes in the lure, such as short, one-pitch, twitch, and stop. The performance of the D3 is maximized by manipulating it with fast-tempo rod work.
