SALTIGA R J63B-3 LO (Low Response)

This rod was developed to target yellowtail with PE 2.5-3, 220g class long jigs in Ise Bay.

It uses an even lower elasticity blank than the “J62B-3 LO” and has an extended rear grip length, which allows it to show its true value with a one-pitch jerk that has a longer stroke width like scooping up.

Despite being a low-rebound blank typical of low response, it is powerful and easy to jerk, allowing you to move the jig firmly with a one-pitch jerk even in deep waters.

After a hit, the resilient blank absorbs the yellowtail’s pull with the entire rod, preventing it from coming off, allowing you to fight with confidence.

The blank is slanted for low response, making it easy to give the jig a smooth action with light force.
