Shipping policy

We primarily deal with customers from Australia as we are an Australian-based business. However, we can also ship to other countries from our warehouse in Japan. If you are located outside of Australia, please email us with your order details.

Please allow 2 working days for processing of your orders. For fishing gears that have not been released yet, we can do pre-order and you will be among the first ones who get them earlier than most shops, even in Japan.

We ship out orders through express services, which take 1–3 working days for most areas within Australia. For remote areas, such as Northern Territories, Western Australia, and Tasmania, it may take up to 10 working days.

We do not hold any responsibility for the items on your order once they are in the hands of the courier. For extra cover or insurance, please contact us prior to placing the order.

We ship all orders within Australia via courier service or Australia Post express service. Shipping charges are $15 for each order under 3kg and not oversize. For orders with a burley bucket or rod case, we charge $30 shipping each. We also offer free shipping on orders over $160 Australia wide.*

You will be given 2 options as mentioned above, and please select the correct shipping rate at checkout.
