As its name suggests, the Emeraldas Stoist RT is a racing model that has been further tuned based on the STOIST to further refine the lightness and sesitivity that Hirohito Yamada has been most particular abot in eging. Its outstanding lightness and sensitivity have been achieved by incorporating the best Daiwa rod technology, including the adoption of SVF compile X Nano Plus.
The "84MLM" is positioned exactly between the "81M" and "89LML," which are considered masterpieces of interline fishing. The length is the same versatile length as the standard "84M" with out-guides, but by making the tip section ML and the butt section M, it has a slightly milder overall feel than the "81M" and a bit more power than the "89LML." It truly fills the gap between the two models, making it a next-generation all-purpose model that can be used in any season and in a variety of fishing spots.
What is an interline fishing rod and why:
An interline fishing rod is a specialized guide-less squid fising rod where the fishing line runs through the inside of the blank, rather than through external guides. This dramatically improves torsional rigidity, allowing for greater casting accuracy and bringing out the rod's true potential.

By using high-strength nanoalloy material in the joint and utilizing DAIWA's unique precision processing technology, the V-Joint α was born, evolving the V-Joint to be even stronger, lighter, and with a cleaner bend. Super Flex Top
