Mazume wanted to create a cheap, usable, and cool raincoat for bank fishing, so they developed it with the concept of pricing it at the same price as the purchase price of a single lure.

The cut around the arms is roomy for easy casting and rod action, and the length is long enough to cover the knees ( so you can wear rubber boots without getting wet). The front has many buttons, and the fabric is folded over to prevent rainwater from getting in between the buttons. The detachable hood is designed to be deep so that you can wear a cap over it.
