Shimano JDM 2026 OCEA Limited Pliers (Ocea Navy)

These pliers were developed in response to the enthusiastic requests of Shimano's offshore instructors. Produced using full machining techniques in the same manufacturing facility as their reels, they offer a range of functions and a beautiful appearance. They feature the new "RUST RESIST" concept, designed for use in southern waters with high salinity and overseas expeditions. The power-boosting structure, utilizing the principle of leverage, allows for easy opening and closing of even large rings, designed for targeting bluefin tuna. A barbless hole in the center of the body contributes to the expansion of catch-and-release game fishing.

This tool features two types of ring openers, one at the tip and one in the middle. The tip is compatible with a wide range of sizes from #3 to #8. The middle section is positioned for easy application of force to open and close larger rings from #9 to #11H. In addition, the new bifurcated mechanism reduces the contact area, allowing for smoother opening and closing. It is also compatible with reinforced power rings and flat-type rings.
