When targeting bluefin tuna weighing over 200kg, the tackle required is in the realm of PE #15/300lb leader, a situation that the OK105H is increasingly unable to handle. In particular, the initial tightening of the FG knot required removing the line and using a large stick to tighten it using the angler's back muscles, forcing anglers to rely on their physical strength for knot tying. Therefore, we developed a BM (Big Mouth) model with the concept of evolving to be suitable for use with ultra-thick lines from PE #10 and up, and making tightening easier.
In addition to its function as an FG knotter, it is a highly versatile knotter that is also ideal as a tightening tool for MID knots and tube knots.

Tightening mechanism based on the principle of leverage (PAT.P)

By employing a lever-based force-multiplying mechanism, the force required to open the knotter is doubled, enabling powerful tightening.
Since tightening can be done within the entire FG knot-making process, knot-making time is significantly reduced.

Compatible with extra-thick lines

The large-diameter rubber ring, which can temporarily secure a PE15/300lb leader, has twice the diameter and 1.5 times the aluminum plate thickness compared to the OK105H. It boasts the strongest possible design, remaining completely unfazed even under maximum tightening force thanks to its mechanical assist mechanism.

Ensuring visibility

Compared to using a large rod and a back-tightening posture, this design allows you to visually inspect the knot from the side. You can work while checking the tightness and knot twisting in real time.

Folding design

It can be folded compactly when not in use. The stopper button ensures secure opening and closing.

Line damage reduction

The rubber is designed to be non-slip and have a hardness that prevents it from digging in. In addition, the design prevents direct contact with the metal shaft when the line is fixed, minimizing wear due to friction.

Extra-thick hook

Equipped with a convenient hook for connecting the leader to the swivel.
It can also be used to tighten "tube knots" using the force-multiplier mechanism.
